Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from A1A Wholesale.com.

REFUNDS:
The item(s) must be returned in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip to receive proper credit.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 Business Days from the day the order was placed
for a refund of the purchase price, MINUS the shipping charges.
Orders returned over $50 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES:
Clothing items that are Exchanged for other sizes must pay the freight to ship the item back to to our warehouse
and the also pay the freight charges back to you. We will bill you for this freight charge once you obtain an RMA number from us.

Please email us prior to returning any item for an RMA number.
Order sent back without an RMA number will not be processed.
