- Returns -
We want you to be happy with your purchase from A1A
Wholesale.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please contact our customer service department and we will try to make it
right. If any item does not satisfy you, it may be returned within 30 days.
Returns
must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the
invoice and a note stating the problem. Please ship the item prepaid. We will
refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
- Backorders/Out of Stock -
We do our best to avoid backorders. They're costly for
us, and annoying for our customers. If a backorder does occur, our customer
service department will contact you and advise you of expected delivery
date. We will either issue you a "credit to your account" or a "refund" for
the backordered item(s). You will be charged only for the items shipped, not
the backorders.

are subject to change without notice. We have done our best to ensure all the
